Shipping and Returns


It is always our goal to make your purchasing process as efficient as possible. We work our hardest to ensure your JH Grooming parcel is in your hands as soon as possible.

We offer worldwide delivery on all of our products.

Delivery Rates and Estimated Delivery Time

Royal Mail  £8.50 5-7 business days


Business days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Purchases made after 15.00 GMT will not be shipped out until the next business day.

We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer.

All orders will be delivered by a courier service. Delivery charges will be detailed before you confirm your order and are also shown on your order confirmation email.

Customs, taxes, duties and fees

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government.

Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated duty costs. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.


Returns and Cancellations

We offer returns and exchanges for 14 days from the date of delivery. Intact and unused items may be exchanged or returned for full purchase price. To return orders placed online, you must email within 14 days of the receipt of your order and return the products to the address on our website.

Please be aware that, if you purchased a pack, you’ll have to return all the products included in it, as we don’t accept partial returns for packs. Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and, in case of a refund, the balance will be sent to your original payment method.

Once we get the products back at our office, we will contact you straight away, if everything is correct, it will take us from 7-10 working days to issue a refund.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy JH Grooming products from unauthorised retailers or other unauthorised sources, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
